In the basic acting education stage of Chinese universities, the concept of observation training was ambiguous and the specific manipulation method was not clear. In order to solve the problem, this researcher analyzed the causes of observation training using a embryological method. As a result of reviewing previous studies, it was followed by regret that the explanation of specific observation indicators of observation and observation training at the operating level was insufficient. Observation training is of great significance in the actor's acting training system. Setting observation and observation training at the basic education stage of acting improves students' creative ability and allows them to gain life experience. In addition, in repetitive observation and observation training, students can clearly observe life in the stage of acting education and achieve their goals of acting. In particular, before observing that observation training was used for acting education, character shaping education at Chinese universities could only be realized through existing plays. And because the students were unable to accurately understand the emotions of the characters and grasp the behavior of the characters through character shaping in the elemental training of the Stanislavski system, observation training is an educational method to solve this problem. However, there were also many problems with observation training. The teacher's educational concept for observation and observation training is not clear, and only the curriculum is surfaced, so students do not understand the meaning and importance of true life observation. Actor acting training in Chinese universities is generally divided into three stages: basic acting training, incomplete role formation, and complete role formation. Among them, full character making, which is the stage of complete role formation, is when students create a single full character under the guidance of a teacher. Therefore, by providing a systematic observation training method, it can help train actors in China as well as Korea.
